Scarlet had a spring in her step as she finished off her shift just before noon. The day before she had mustered up enough courage to ask Aiden out for lunch and much to her surprise and excitement, he agreed. After she had changed into more suitable attire, she wandered into the lobby where Aiden was already waiting for her. She felt her heartbeat speed up a little as she walked over, a smile glued to her lips.
